Lt. Col. (Dr.) Nargis Nahar is an accomplished medical specialist and senior commissioned officer of the Bangladesh Army, bringing more than twenty-six years of diversified experience in clinical leadership, institutional governance, academic management, and strategic administration. She has served as an Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Dhaka, and as a Classified Specialist in Feto-Maternal Medicine & High-Risk Pregnancy at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Dhaka. Her professional portfolio reflects an exceptional combination of technical expertise, organizational discipline, ethical leadership, and policy-driven decision-making.<\/p>\n

Dr. Nahar is widely recognized for establishing and operationalizing the Feto-Maternal Medicine and High-Risk Pregnancy Unit at CMH Dhaka\u2014an advanced 10-bed specialized facility\u2014along with her proven record of performing high-complexity procedures with zero-complication outcomes in several critical domains. Mr. Jamil Sharif joined as Nominated Director as a representative of Universe Knitting Garments Ltd. He is an Associate Professor of Accounting & Information Systems at the University of Dhaka. He is a Doctor of Philosophy(PhD) at the Faculty of Economics of Tohoku University, Japan. He completed his MBA and BBA major in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. He is also a Fellow Cost Management Accountant. Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Forensic Accounting, Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, and Auditing & Taxation are the specialized fields in wherein he has been contributing his professional knowledge and versatile shrewdness. In his last couple of years, he achieved so many remarkable acknowledgments for his outstanding academic results, namely Recipient of Monbukagakusho Scholarship 2014, Recipient of the Government Scholarship for SSC & HSC Examination, a Scholarship from the Bangladesh Scholarship Council (BSC), and a Scholarship from the Accounting Alumni Association.
